For best viewing of this website, we suggest that you use Internet Explorer 4+ as all pages were written for this browser, however Netscape Navigator works well also with minor differences. If you have a older version of either browser, you may download a newer versions from: Netscape Navigator or Microsoft® Internet Explorer at no cost. These programs will update your broswer needing very little help from you.
Your best viewing is with your monitor set at 800 x 600 pixels (To change your resolution, show your desktop, right click your mouse, click on properties, click on settings, move the indicator to 800x600, press apply, then OK, OK)
